By accessing or using any product or service offered by TFI Connect Pvt Ltd ('TFI Connect', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), including tficonnect.com and tapd.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms').

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

TFI Connect builds and operates consumer technology applications designed to empower individuals. Our current products include Tapd.ai, an AI-powered debt and EMI management tool.

Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Our services are intended for use within India. We make no representation that our services are appropriate or available in other locations.

Some of our services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

You must notify us immediately at contact@tficonnect.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

— Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

TFI Connect products, including Tapd.ai, provide AI-generated insights and recommendations based on information you provide. These are informational in nature and do not constitute financial advice.

We are not a registered investment adviser, financial planner, broker, or tax adviser. The information provided through our services should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional financial advice.

You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information provided by our services.

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of TFI Connect Pvt Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TFI Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
